The firm has assisted clients with the establishment and formation of a number of specialty group practices, joint ventures and cooperative endeavor agreements in the context of both healthcare and anti-trust regulations and has helped resolve billing and overpayment disputes between physicians and third-party payors including Medicare Part B carriers. Moreover, the firm has represented individual practitioners before the state board of medical examiners in licensure and disciplinary matters. Moreover, the Health Law Center is capable of providing assistance with the establishment and implementation of corporate compliance plans that are individually tailored to the physician’s practice.
