Governmental Relations
Sullivan, Stolier, & Resor APLC has substantial experience in governmental relations with the state legislature, executive branch, CMS and the U.S. Congress and has been instrumental in drafting key state legislation concerning rural hospitals. Moreover, members of Sullivan, Stolier, & Resor APLC have participated in special regulatory committees with the implementation of new Medicaid hospital prospective payment methodology. Sullivan, Stolier, & Resor APLC has served as advocates for special healthcare interests groups in promoting legislation or in challenging state plan amendments or proposed federal regulations.
